These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by LeadfloLLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
LeadfloLLC provides CRM consulting, automation, setup, integration, and management services, including but not limited to:
CRM system implementation (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)Funnel building and automationLead tracking and pipeline managementClient onboarding systemsOngoing support and optimization
Details of specific services provided will be outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement.
All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.Services may be billed as one-time fees, monthly retainers, or custom packages.Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per 30 days overdue.We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery.Grant appropriate access to platforms, tools, and accounts.Communicate promptly regarding feedback or issues.Use the CRM systems in accordance with applicable laws and platform terms of service.
All custom assets, workflows, and automations created during service delivery are the property of the Client upon full payment, except for proprietary tools or templates developed by LeadfloLLC, which may be licensed to the Client for use.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information, trade secrets, and sensitive business data private and not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
Either party may terminate services with written notice (14 days recommended unless otherwise agreed).Upon termination, all access provided by LeadfloLLC will be revoked.Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on unused service and project completion stage.
LeadfloLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client in the 60 days preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes. Success depends on various factors including Client’s market, implementation, and adherence to recommendations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
